After graduating from the University of California Riverside with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, Mr. Ha worked as an Analyst for the Employment Development Department of the State of California. Thereafter, he attended Syracuse University College of Law in Syracuse, New York. He has been a member of the New Jersey Bar since June 1999.

Mr. Ha began his career as a Legal Analyst for Bloomberg, LP in their Securities Law Department where he was in charge of designing and developing their EDGAR search engine.

After leaving Bloomberg, LP, Mr. Ha worked for a general practice firm, where he represented Rockaway Bedding as part of their in-house counsel team, with emphasis on business and corporate law. Mr. Ha had both civil and criminal litigation duties including motion practice, and Trial/Appellate work

Prior to coming to Serruto & Associates, Mr. Ha worked at a boutique matrimonial firm where he gained extensive experience in family law matters including divorce, child support, custody, domestic violence, and non-dissolution. This experience gives Mr. Ha enormous perspective and insight into family law cases. As such, he offers family law clients a greater understanding of how their case is likely to be resolved.

Mr. Ha now handles family law, business litigation and criminal cases. Aside from his litigation experience, Mr. Ha is also representing clients in immigration matters.

Mr. Ha is fluent in Vietnamese.
