David Wendel, Esq. is a civil trial litigation attorney with over 20 years of experience. He joined The Serruto Law Firm in February, 2011. Prior to that time, and for the past 11 years, Mr. Wendel was a private practitioner and had his own law firm. He represents businesses and individuals in both State and Federal Courts throughout New Jersey regarding their business, contract, commercial litigation, insurance coverage, collection disputes, trials, appeals, and alternative dispute resolution (“ADR”). He also has extensive experience representing individuals in personal injury, insurance, consumer, estate, real estate and employment matters that are litigated through trials, appeals and ADR.
