Mr. Nimensky concentrates his practice in the area of real estate law including transactions, land development and complex litigation. Over the past 25 years, in addition to his private practice, he has garnered extensive experience in the real estate industry as an executive and general counsel to major New Jersey real estate development companies. Mr. Nimensky is often responsible for the development of residential, industrial, commercial and retail properties, including acquisition and development, financing, leasing, and the obtaining of state and municipal approvals. 

Mr. Nimensky is a graduate of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and received his law degree from Boston University. He is a member of the bar in the state of New Jersey.
