After graduating cum laude from Hamilton College in Clinton , New York with departmental honors in Government, David Harper attended the Rutgers School of Law in Camden, New Jersey where he graduated in 1998.  He has been a member of the New Jersey Bar since December 1998.

Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Harper clerked for the Honorable Jane A. Grall in the Mercer County Superior Court – Family Part where he handled matrimonial matters including divorce, child support, custody, domestic violence, and non-dissolution.

In January 2000, Mr. Harper worked eight years as in-house counsel for Ohio Casualty Insurance Company performing civil defense litigation duties including defending against personal injury cases, motion practice, and Trial/Appellate work.  This experience as an “insider” for the insurance companies gives Mr. Harper enormous perspective and insight into personal injury and plaintiff’s cases.  As such, he offers personal injury clients a greater understanding of how their case is likely to be prosecuted.

Mr. Harper now handles personal injury and matrimonial cases.  He also handles all aspects of real estate closings and real estate litigation.  Aside from his litigation experience, Mr. Harper is an excellent writer who has drafted numerous successful briefs on both the Trial and Appellate levels.
